The Great Lakes Beach Association meeting Oct. 16-18 is accepting abstracts for students and oral presentations until October 2 (deadline has been extended). The conference takes place in Sturgeon Bay, Wisc., and will feature sessions about the current science, best management practices and restoration efforts for Great Lakes beaches.
