Benefits to Students*

Provide details about how students will benefit. This includes the selection criteria for students, support and other mechanisms to ensure participation for the full duration of student experience, tools to articulate their experience to future employers or graduate schools and consideration for accessibility for all students including marginalized groups, non-traditional students, students with disabilities, and other groups who may have barriers to participation. Sustainability*

Discuss the feasibility and sustainability of this project. Describe the gap the project addresses; evidence of campus support and campus resources for the project (including matching funds), how the project will be sustained without future appropriations from FCW, and how students will be recruited from home campus and beyond.
