FCW Student Experience Promotion Survey

Information provided may be used to promote your student experience to UW System employees and students, such as departmental faculty, undergraduate advisors, etc. We may also post information about your course on the Freshwater Collaborative of Wisconsin website and/or social media platforms and use it to answer questions we may receive about enrollment. Which campus will host the student experience?(Required)
You may select more than one if students will be on multiple campuses.
Target Audience(Required)
If for undergraduates, select the universities from which students will be able to enroll
If the course will be open to any UW System student, select all. If it will only be available to students on certain campuses, select only those institutions.
Provide details as to what a student from another campus must do to enroll in your course, including relevant contact information.
